ALTERNATIVE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ELDERLY HAVING HEMIPLEGIA DUE TO CEREBRAL INFARTION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA RITA, ZULIA STATE

Abstract

n the article the rehabilitation of affected patients of hemiplejía is approached caused by cerebral infarto in the bigger adult belonging to the Sector The Cañaita, Municipality Santa Rita, of the State Zulia. He/she intended in the investigation to elaborate an alternative of physical exercises to favor the rehabilitation to patient with hemiplejía caused by cerebral infarto in the mentioned community. Empiric methods were used as the mensuration, observation and the experiment, of the theoretical ones the historical one logical, analytic synthetic and induction deduction. The alternative allowed to also elevate the level of knowledge the benefits that it contributes the practice of the physical exercises, as well as the possibility to carry out them in the house and then in community sport areas in dependence of the degree of the patient's recovery as a pleasing activity and fortificadora for the improvement of the quality of life, having this way the possibility to be daily main character of the changes of lifestyles heals as well as its reincorporation to the society and the neighborhood.
