DIAGNOSIS OF PROFESIONAL TRAINING OF LEADERS OF SPORTS SYSTEM IN ECUADOR
Abstract
This research starts with the relevance of training sports leaders to make this process efficient. The complexity and need to reform its state in the Ecuadorian context is approached from knowing your current preliminary stage, which allowed declare the following research problem: How to diagnose the condition with the formation of the leaders who make up the sports system of the province of Manabi in Ecuador?, and it aims to diagnose the condition with the formation of such leaders. The dimensions and indicators that characterize this phenomenon are set and there were used methods, techniques and empirical tools to get to it. The main outcome of the investigation is that the contents, methods and methodological procedures that diagnose the formation of leaders from certain professional skills are provided.
