INDICATORS BY ORGANIZATIONAL AREAS FOR THE SELECTION OF TALENTS IN THE CATEGORY 13-15 YEARS OF BASEBALL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANTILLA
Abstract
The selection of talents is one of the least inserted problems in science in cuban Baseball. The tendency of this talent selection process has a discrete procedure focused on indicators such as: size, strength in the arm and competitive performance, not However, these do not give a finished response according to the specificities of each organizational area, selecting without evaluating other specific aptitudes or psychological disposition of the aspirant. The research proposed to specify the talent selection process by organizational areas based on indicators that respond to it: anthropometry, reaction speed, tact, batting power, technical gesture coordination, speed in the set, swing and in the displacement. The treatment of this system of indicators in the selection process by organizational areas, gives a new approach that helps to solve the problem from solid scientific bases.
