In the present paper work the study of a unique case is done of a partial hemiplegic-spastic march of left side, using the biomechanical elements and application creativity in the function of pendulum movement through an órtesis, helping the eradication of spasticity of the affected metatarsus and strength of the cinematic chain, from this problem, which allowed to described the behavior of the characteristics of movement in the way of the forced rehabilitation from its compare with the characteristics from the normal human patron of march.
