Abstract

The current state of the execution conditions of the ruling techniques in the initiation stage, reflects insufficiencies present in the judokas given by the demands of combat in modern Judo. A methodology is proposed for the teaching of the governing techniques that favors the systemic treatment of basic elements and specific abilities based on an integrating criterion. In the research, methods of the theoretical level were used, such as the historical-logical, the inductive-deductive, the analytic-synthetic, the hypothetical-deductive, the modeling and the structural-functional systemic; from the empirical level, the documentary analysis, the observation, the survey, the pre-experiment, the triangulation and the experts' criterion. The results are given in that methodological components are contributed that favor the technical preparation in the action of the combat.
