Abstract

In the present the goal to achieve is an approach to the epistemology of sports training from the meta-analysis, proposing its object of study and its conceptualization, which could be considered inconsequential, but had a clear methodological significance, both for the constant improvement of the preparation of the athlete as for the self-evaluation and improvement of the sports coach's own knowledge. of the sports trainer. Traditionally the sport form is assumed, as a state that is reached at the end of a certain stage of the sports training process, with three phases, in this work it is presented as a reference for the modeling of sports training, and a process that begins with one's own Start of sports training and reach a certain level according to the preparation stage in which the athlete is.
