Development of sports tourism of nature in the coastal areas of the province Artemisa

Abstract

Tourism as a factor of local economic development is currently a topic of vital importance in the world economy based on the search for new geographical spaces with real potential to recover or create destinations that develop Nature Sports Tourism which has a progressive demand worldwide, based on sustainable local development. The elaborated project aims to: Promote the sustainable local development of coastal areas in Artemisa province through recreation and nature sports tourism. In its solution, a National Academic Products and Nature Sports Tourism Portfolio is designed in the coastal areas of the province. The Methodology to be used to face the problem and guarantee the quality of the execution and the results are theoretical, empirical and statistical methods. There are isolated places where today rural tourism is promoted as a modality according to the environment.
