The correction of errors in fencing, floret mode. Psychological variables

Abstract

Fencing, considered the art of playing without being touched, requires great skill in the handling of weapons and movements to attack or defend. The number of coaches at the base level currently in this sport is very small, as well as the number of practitioners. The preparation of the fencers at these initial ages is done taking into account the indications of the Athlete Preparation Program. One element that leads to the abandonment of sport is the demotivation of children. This is influenced by numerous objective and subjective causes. It is important that the climate for the development of the teaching-learning process is suitable. In the diagnosis carried out in two sport combinations of the municipality of Holguín, it is possible to see in the corrections of insufficient errors skills to communicate what is wanted by the coaches. A methodology was developed for the information of the correction of errors in the technical executions of the fencers in the floret mode of the base level.
