THE PROFILE OF TECHNICAL DEMANDS OF COMBAT IN THE KARATE-DO FOR THE SCHOOL ATHLETES 12-13 YEARS
Abstract
In the work the theoretical arguments are approached that they justify the necessity of the determination of the profile of technical demands of combat in the karate-do for the school athletes 12-13 years. They come elements for the study of the technical demands of the combat, that imposes the Karate-do to the athlete. Inside the methods scientific employees appear that of analysis- synthesis, the inductive- deductive, historical- logical and the revision document, as well as the survey, the observation, the approach of specialists and the statistical mathematician. They like main results come a total of 10 technical demands of the combat in the karate-do, considered as fundamental, keeping in mind the frequency and effectiveness in their realization during the combat, besides six technical demands of considered as complementary combat, in turn, these, they possess several demands in their execution and forms of execution. Besides defining the Profile of Demands Technician of the combat for the competitive karate-do, they are added instruction methodology like tool of help upon using the same, contributing it to the trainers a didactic material for the surpass and the improvement of the humility in the sport activity. It could demonstrate, through the approach of specialist that they in the Profile of Technical Demands of the combat is captured the competitive appropriate techniques for the category where you are carried out the investigation. The conclusions and recommendations express the necessity of the continuation of studies of the profiles of demands in the karate-do arriving to the several components of the preparation and category in this sport, amount to the multilateral preparation of the karate.
