Abstract

The accelerated climatic change is nowadays identified like one of the main worries of the worldwide population, being a problem that affects the communities and his inhabitants. In this sense, the present work responds to the need to implement recreational activities that contribute to care for the environment on an educational form, where these actions allow to give answer to the Task Life, and in this way promote the formation of a social and environmental conscience in the community. During the investigation opinion polls, group interviews and the participative observation were the investigative methods used. The actions carried out in these activities were designed taking into account the opinions of social actors when facing of the impact that this phenomenon has in their environment. The obtained results constitute a valuable instrument to promote the care for the environment in the community.
