PROPOSAL OF STRATEGIES OF UNDERSTANDING READER TO LEAVE OF THE FOCUS COGNITIVO

Abstract

Through this work, the authors show their own experiences in the teaching-learning process applying some cognitive strategies to develop reading skills and comprehensive one in order to accidence to different texts giving better ways to  improve the reading levels for the acquisition of new knowledge. This lack of comprehensive skills has been considered an important aspect to be treated in our University, specifically at the Language staff. The design of those strategies is led to: select the texts and to the comprehension. The authors have had in to consideration the reader linguo-cognitive capacity and the metacognitive strategies used by the advanced readers. The results of this research are positive, the students can learn better; through the development of the comprehensive skills in which they can also has the possibility to be better professionals and human being.
