STRATEGY OF THE WORKING PROCESS ON THE RECREATION STAFF OF THE FACULTY

Abstract

In this work the authors state the results that were obtained by the application of a diagnose on one of the University function, in a staff which has one of the most important aim in the University;  to lead and to develop the Recreation process in all its manifestations and that gives answers to the National Organism INDER. During the research some scientific methods were applied like observation, induction-deduction, analysis and synthesis and interviews. The authors also applied the model made by PhD Benito Romero  from CEPES Havana University .
