The entitled research “traditional Games to improve the balance in the physical education for students of the 3rd class” he/she answers to the disponibilizar objectivo a group of traditional games for aprimoramento in the School São Paulo of Loanda. It argued in the behavior of the balance year after year during the physical education classes and the little controls of that coordination capacity in children of those ages. The obtained results allow to affirm that this work represents an important contribution at municipal level, being constituted in research parameter for other educational centers and your work with the coordination of physical capacities. The aspects controlled to evaluate the balance they have fundamental paper in the teaching process, as well as the possible individual forecasts on children with talent for the practice of a certain Sport. Besides, it was verified that the number of games and exercises to improve those children's balance were insufficient, what impeded them of to learn correctly and to increase that capacity, aspect valued by the physical education teachers' group. General Objectivo. To propose a group of traditional games to improve the balance in the physical education in the students of the 3rd class of the school São Paulo of Loanda. For the development of the research, scientific methods of level theoretical, empiric and mathematical were used, that check larger truthfulness to the obtained results. That, for your time, allows the proposal to be applied to form a great number of basic physical-motive abilities in children of that age without violating the methodological guidelines.
