THE RHYTHM HEART VARIABILITY IN SCHOOL TAEKWODOIN OF THE HOLGUÃN COUNTY
Abstract
The work approaches a thematic of significant present time in the contemporary sport, based on the study of the heart rate variability (HRV) in school taekwondoin of the category 13- 14 years old. It weare selected how part of the sample girls' group and children of similar ages, not linked to the sport practice of the high humility. Theoretical and empiric methods were applied that they favored the attainment of being partial constituent of a longitudinal study that develops the author, advised from the Investigation and Rehabilitation of Hereditary Ataxias Center. The study is proven the poor treatment of the topic of the HRV in sportsmen in particular children and adolescents, without finding references of similar works with sportsmen in Cuba. Significant differences in the HRV of the taekwondoin concerning the fellows are shown not trained; with prevalence of the system parasympathetic in the first of the cases. They are contributed conclusions and recommendations that they should be valued for the methodological directive and office workers of the territory and to level of the country, with a view to guaranteeing superior results in the Cuban Taekwondo.
