METHOLOGICAL ALTERNATIVE TO IMPROVE THE TATIC PREPARATION OF THE JUNIOR BOXERS IN GUANTÁNAMO SCHOOL FOR ADVANCED TRAINING OF ATHLETES

Abstract

In this work we made an analyzed of the tatic preparation of the junior boxers in Guantánamo obtaining a scientific in the elements that we World like to have during the tatic preparation of these boxers. Under this base we stablish a Methological Alternative for tatic preparation by steps, these are considered necessary for boxers and trainers. All teh tests effectuated to these elements that belonged to the alternative werw evaluated by the criteria of the especialists, the same game positive results. Afterward the corrresponding technics werw applied, gotten the correct data about the principal dificulties that process of the junior boxers, for it the solution is look for a methological Alternative. Wherw we can pick up the pedagogycal components of the tatic belonges to each steps of the boxers preparation which constitute a necessary reference point that guarantee a good preparation and rational sports preparation process. For the selection of the investigation methods, we took into consideration the requirements of the tasks to develop which demand the application: The analysis of the documents, analysis – syntesis, induction, criteria of the especialists, observation moreover the statitic-mathematics method. These allowed us to penetratre in the esence of the problem, object of our investigation, deeping in those principal aspects and researching too in the field action under the base of a solid scientific methodology. These methods allow us to identify the essence of the problem and look for a soluction of the present problem to get what we desire.
