Abstract

The paper takes into account  a system of superation proposal for physical recreation professors in Holguin municipality, to develop this type of work in the sport community schools. A teorethical valoration of  the content of the recreative function. It is pointed out the needs of superation in these communitary schools and the proposal is designed according to them.
