Abstract

The principle of individualization, according to the studies done, was one of the first physiologize bases of the sport training theory, however , it is the less assisted and the more violated in the System of the preparation of the sportmen; the personalized training sporting . The  is Fancing applied to atheletes of EIDE School in the category 11-13 years is a contribution to the application of this theory, in this case in Fancing Sport, this investigation clear up the way to conceive the  model in the preparation of the fancing sportmen. Demonstrating and facing this problem is the new aspect and curent factor of this investigation . In the Investigation , an analysis of the antecedents of the proposal , a methodology to apply  and a propositionof a graphic representation for the training macrocycle and unit of training are done. The research was taken during the fancing sportmen´s training in the years 2007-2008 wich allowed  a more efficient and effective process.The results reached in the development and maintenance of the levels in the physical preparation are the witnesses  of our proposal.
