EDUCATIVE ALTERNATIVE FOR A LEAD WOMAN ADVANCED IN YEARS MOTHERLY AGE THROUGH PHYSICAL EXERCISES

Abstract

Pregnancy in advanced in year motherly age is a risk for mother and a baby, so we pay special attention to pregnant women with this preconceptional risk. For this reason , this investigation establish how to favor the preparation of women in advanced in years motherly age though physical exercice so the proposal is the elaboration of edicative alternative, taking an international sample of de 14 pregnant women of “Alcides Pinoâ€( neighborhood community) in Holguín minicipalily. The alternative Has 4 important phase: diagnose, conception, and elaboration, implementation and demostration , supported on theoric and empiric like analysis-sunthessis, historic logic, induction- deduction, interview, opinions, odservation, comment and problems resolution whith experimentation in the field , finally it sustain in handbook tthat contains: necessary introduction, phisical excercises, educative activities and opporttune warning. For the implementation of the investigation we made seven meeting, where pregnat did the theoric and practic activities that permit to demostrate its  importance and relevance
