THE OUTGOING WITH HOLD IN SWIMMING: A BIOMECHANIC ANALYSIS

Abstract

The outgoing is the first action in swimming aiming at getting the largest horizontal distance in a shorter time. The swimmer’s success task depends on the quality of the outgoing. In this paper we carried out a previous analysis of the swimmer’s outgoing in one of the athlete student from Holguin team, it was done from the biomechanic model that should be followed in it’s achievement.
