PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES, IT IS INFLUENCE TO BETTER LIFE QUALITY IN GRADE I HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS
Abstract
An intervention study  with a universe of ten hypertensive patients grade I, of “Julio Grave de Peraltaâ€, health area in Holguin municipality from January to September, 2007 was done. As inclusion criteria it was considered group of age between 62 and 74 and their agreement to participate in the investigation. With the aim of evaluate the repercution of an aerobic exercises program and the control of the disease. For the analysis and interpretation of the results empiric methods like observation, measurement, interview and experiment and estadistic methods were applied. As final result of the investigation, it was demonstrated that as the training loads incresead the arterial tension diminished or stabilized, the same happened with the cardiac frequency the corporal weight and the index of corporal mass.
