Abstract

The population's aging is motive of great worldwide worry; the fact that the first cause of mortality and morbility on top of the 60 years constitute the cardiovascular disease consolidates to this demographic phenomenon. The evaluations accomplished permitted detecting the insufficient incorporation of the old Hypertensive man with labour relation to the programs of health and quality of life. We come into question ¿How favouring the preparation of the old Hypertensive man with labour relation through physical exercise, guided to raise his quality of life? It was selected one sample shaped for 20 old Hypertensive man belonging to the Doctor's Office # 10 of the Holguín's Council. Like objective we drew the elaboration of Educational Alternative that is supported at a Manual of physical exercise and 12 Classrooms, her as he develops in three fundamental moments: Diagnosis, conception and elaboration and implementation. By the realization thereof we lean on the theoretic methods and empiricists: Analysis and synthesis, inquest, observation and Solution of problem with experimentation on the terrain. The alternative was appraised of feasible and pertinent.
