METHODOLOGY FOR THE TACTICAL PREPARATION IN THE OUTFIELDERS OF THE CATEGORY 15-16 YEARS

Abstract

The present is based on the application of the methodology for the tactical preparation in the area of the outfielders of the category 15-16 years of the School of School Sport Initiation "Pedro Diaz Coello" of the county Holguín, in the specialty of Baseball; of the authors: Atty. Leonardo Paris Jonhson and the MSc. Carlos Isidro Paz Antúnez; where it was fulfilled the proposed objective: To elaborate a methodology to guide the tactical preparation in the outfielders in correspondence with the simplified situations of game, having implicit the methods and theoretical procedures and of land, allowing to give answers to the scientific questions through the proposed tasks. Where the investigative process arrived to conclusions like: the process of teaching cognitive learning rose, where it presupposes the attention to the diversity of the context investigated from a future perspective in the area of the outfielders. The identified indicators for the elaboration of the methodology (familiarization, reproduction, application and evaluation, control and adjustment), they pay to the process of teaching learning, achieving you outstanding results from the cognitive point of view in their two modalities (theoretical-practical). 100 percent of the community of educators of the institution more the selection of experts classified of very appropriate the applied methodology, for its character linked oriented, staggered, and mainly because he/she responds to the cognitive interpretation stadiums, determining the level of feasibility and relevancy of the tactical preparation in correspondence with the simplified situations of game in the outfielders.
