PHYSICAL COMPENSATORY EXERCISES TO PREVENT THE DEFORMITIES OF THE SPINE AND LESIONS ARTICULATE IN THE CHILDREN THAT PRACTICE THE JUDO
Abstract
The initiation stage in the judo becomes more complex every day, because the tendency is guided to the inclusion in her of numerous contents for the development of abilities, characteristic of later stages. He/she intended as objective: To propose a Program of compensatory exercises for the education postural and prevention of deformities and lesions in the children that begin in the practice of the Judo in the community. He/she intends to include in the planning of the class of judo physical activities with a methodology, to prevent corporal deformities and sport lesions in the children and adolescents by means of the use of physical exercises and compensatory games, they are guided to reach a balance and stability postural through the development of neuromuscular structures that you/they facilitate him/her the movements and they go maturing as it grows that they need of a systemic classification to be applied and they require of the use of efficient methodologies. The designed Program was subjected to the evaluation of the experts and he/she had a great acceptance when being evaluated of very appropriate. In this scientific report theoretical budgets are described that they support the systematizing of the contents during the initiation in the judo and they favor the election of the methodology to use. Of the trainers is also guided by means of a plan of methodological work, without seeking to define them as only, but as integral of the wide range of aspects that nowadays contribute to base the teaching in early ages.
