PERFECTION OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS OF THE PREPARATION OF THE SCHOOL HANDBALL ATHLETE

Abstract

The theoretical component of the sportsman's preparation in the last times has been lacking of treatment for the investigators that show its interest for the contents of the training; the absence of indicators and contents to give treatment to the theoretical preparation in the school handball of Holguín are the fundamental motivation of the authors of this investigation to elaborate an alternative that favors the improvement of the theoretical direction in the elected sport. As results of the investigation the lack of theoretical and methodological foundations was evidenced that sustain the orientation of the theoretical direction of the sportsman's preparation in the school Handball and that substantial difficulties exist around the content and the form of this component.
