DYNAMICS OF PLANNING IN THE COMPETITIVE PERIOD IN ATHLETES OF HALF BOTTOM BETWEEN 13 AND 15 YEARS OF HOLGUÃN
Abstract
The analysis of the state of the world sport, shows that the achievement of a high organizational level of the sport activity with children, adolescents and youngs, in great degree determines the success of one or another country in the international events. The present investigation starts through a diagnostic study of the inadequacies that the athletes present to keep in shape during the competitive period of 10 small cycle of the area of half bottom of the EIDE Pedro Díaz Coello in Holguín. By means of theoretical and empirical methods, the investigative process is developed, aimed to the solution of the presented inadequacies, for attaining that the use of 6 small cycle in the competitive periods proposed, which would allow to draw important conclusions in the individual order as general about the relationship between the duration of the medium cycle and the level of incidence in keeping in a competitive shape.  The application in other categories and other modalities of athletics will allow to make variants of the competitive cycle with more dynamism in general and partial loads, allowing sportsmen to obtain their biggest results in the crucial competitions.Key Words: Dynamics, competitive period, forms sport.
