Abstract

Soon after the difficulties for the treatment of people suffered by non transferable illnesses, and the increment of these by working people's newspaper in a consumption world, many of these they present the professional ailments for the high dedication to the work, contributing this to the deterioration of the health. By means of a carried out diagnosis, we realized that the personnel was sick with serious deviations in the column; not taking a place of attention for the treatment of the same one, it took us, through last investigations, born in the breast of the team Fajardo - Che of the Ability of Physical Culture of Holguín, to the task of carrying out in the community and taking advantage of the mother nature, the work of rehabilitating by means of exercises of I swim in water the scoliosis, with the objective of alleviating, to correct and to strengthen the muscles at this level, having to favor the natural properties of the waters. This, with the application of the methods, exercises, and other tasks, guided us to the execution of the objectives proposed in the work, obtaining positive gratuitousness and concrete conclusions.
