PEDAGOGICAL AND INSTITUTIONAL DIMENSIONS AS COMPONENTS OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FORMATION OF VALUES
Abstract
The current article comes from considering the values formation as a top priority pedagogical phenomena that comprises sports educational system, which is specifically contextualized when conceiving it throughout sports schools like an assessed process that embraces two dimensions: a pedagogical dimension, and an institutional one. The theoretical systematization that was carried out, allowed authors to characterize the components and functions of each one, and its mutual relations of interdependence and complementation aimed to the complete formation of the new athletes generation, according to the contextual norms and the hierarchized system of values in the institution.
