THE ROLE OF CULTURE, THE KNOWLEDGE, THE INFORMATION AND THE SCIENTIFIC CULTURE OF THE CULTURAL IDENTITY OF PEOPLES

Abstract

The problem of culture and identity is a matter closely related to the existence and nature of the peoples. The natural carrier of culture and identity is the community; the popular is conformed by the ensemble of those cultural elements that characterize the wide social and popular sectors. The knowledge, the information, the scientific culture, the culture and cultural identity are indivisible parts of a whole. Through out this the national consciences are educated and forged, and they are forms of production and reproduction of the life of the peoples.
