SYSTEM OF PROPHYLACTIC ACTIONS TO REDUCE THE TRAUMATIC LESIONS IN THE HANDS BECAUSE OF CONTINUOUS IMPACTS IN BOXERS IN THE CATEGORY OF 13-14 YEARS

Abstract

This study presents part of the technological request of the National center of Studies of combat sports (CENDECOM) of the Unit of Investigation of combat sports, of the Study Center of Communitarian therapies (CETCOM) and the Provincial Commission of boxing in Santiago de Cuba. The stated scientific problem is: How to contribute through prophylactic therapeutic actions to reduce the traumatic lesions in the hands of boxers in the category of 13-14 years of the Center of sports No 1 “Mario Maceo Quesada†of Palma Soriano? To respond it was elaborated a System of therapeutic and prophylactic actions. According to specialist this measures were effectives and lessen the lesions.
