TECHNOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION IN THE MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The work had as study object the management of science and innovation in Municipal University Sites (FUM), because it is insufficient the existent theoretical platform and the methodologies that are applied for the development of this process, as well as it is required of the contextualization from the cuban models of university management to the municipal context. In it, a deep study of this phenomenon was made in the world and Cuba, which constitutes an instrument of invaluable value for the historical, logical and prospective studies related this thematic. The investigation had as objective to elaborate a technology of management for science and innovation in the FUM. A theoretical model for the management of this process and a methodology for his implementation is presented. Those constitute a theoretical-practical contribution to the conception process and management organization of this process in the FUM.
