EDUCATIONALALTERNATIVE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CLIMATE SOCIOPSICOLÓGICO IN THE TEAMS OF SOCCER 13-15 YEARS

Abstract

The study of the climate sociopsicológico presents a high significance in the achievement of the objective grupales and tactical in the team. The carried out exploratory studies allowed to specify a group of inadequacies and theoretical premises that gave place to the elaboration of a theoretical model and an educational alternative that present in their conception a systemic and integrative character in the treatment of the climate sociopsicológico., several empiric methods were applied: as the observaciones a trainings, surveys to the sportsmen of the team and directive and professors sport, technical sociométrica and the methodical of the climate sociopsicológico. In the educational alternative four essential stages were designed: of diagnosis, of elaboration of the proposals, of application and that of evaluation of the results. The applied empiric methods allow to diagnose the current state of the process investigated in the soccer team and it was directed toward the knowledge and methodological preparation that present the professors and the educational actions that develop in the treatment of this aspect sociopsicológico, as well as to value the behavior of the climate in the team. When applying the method of experts' approach and the method Delphi, it was verified the relevancy of both proposals and the developed preexperimento it checked the effectiveness of the alternative in the process of preparation of the school futbolistas, given in that improves some indicators as the communication intragrupal, the integration level among the players, among other approaches in connection with the climate sociopsicológico of the team.
