METHODS OF MASSAGE TUINA AND LIANG GONG'S EXERCISES IN THE CERVICALGIA'S TREATMENT
Abstract
We have to speak about the cervicalgia sickness cause is very frequent in the primary attention. the year incident is between the 12 and the 34 % and around the 10 % in the adult poblation have cervicalgia in any moment in their life. The fisioterapeutics treatments more used for the cervicalgia  have satisfactorys results, but not sufficiently because they are very extensive for the pain. The frequent of the symptoms and the necessity to carry out a short time for the treatmen, we took place whit a whole of old techniques of Tuina massage and the utilization of Liang Gong exercises. For that reason we say: How exert a whole of techniques of Tuina massage and Liang Gong exercises in the treatment of patients whit Cervicalgia? Whit the objective to carry out a whole of techniques of Tuina massage and Liang Gong exercises that permit the improvement of the patients with cervicalgia. To go whit our investigation we lean on theoretic and empiricists methods: Analysis and synthesis, inquest, observation, medition and experiment.  We carry out a estudy quasi experimental about 6 months. The sample constitute for 30 patients afflicted of cervicalgia, we applied the techniques of Tuina massage like method of treatment for the affection about 10 days and Liang Gong exercises like method of maintenance about 6 months. The treatment represented an efectivity in the 86,66 % of the cases tried, and at the same time we can see a discreet improvement in the others mannered cases .
