Abstract

Presently work is made a theoretical boarding on the thematic one half environmental and of the relating one conceptual necessary for its understanding from the perspective of the Process of Teaching - Learning (PDE) of the Social Sciences that not alone it is materialized in the schools like main irradiador center culture, but rather the community also becomes a complex and dynamic axis of educational stocks.
