Abstract

The article is about an experience applied in the Cultural Physical Faculty of Holguín .The results of a  program of strategic  planification of independent work in Sport Sociology  with pupil that were cursing 4th year of their career  is presented It describes how students improve in several areas: the academic success and the level of satisfaction of student related with the subject  were better.
