METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FUTSAL IN THE REPUBLIC OF EQUATORIAL GUINEA

Abstract

At the present time seeking solutions to make progress futsal in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea with the technical, methodological and pedagogical structures necessary to provide training and coaches fittest properly orienting only feasible technical development programs viable and effective including successful proposals to the education and training of young base better prepare for tomorrow. Therefore all the above requires monitoring development in regions where young people can be led to a true philosophy of training programs and methods adapted to the conditions in this area, with attention to the age of the athletes and their real specialization and identification with the futsal development and ensure affordable levels, assuming the education of young people with a human reference. The main objective of the project is based on timely propose strategic bases for the formation and development of structures and basic fundamentals of Futsal, building the necessary tools for the development of young futsalista in general.
