MODIFICATION OF THE EXERCISES OF IT FORCES OF TRUNK, ABDOMEN AND ARMS IN THE RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS
Abstract
In Rhythmic Gymnastics is important to develop strength, because this capability ensures an adequate level of physical efficiency, provides better performance and greater development of art in the selections of the gymnasts. Strength exercises currently receiving these athletes are not entirely feasible, it is a challenge that has been facing and is critical for athletic performance. That is why the present investigation was designed to alter the strength exercises trunk, abdomen and arms to enhance athletic performance of Rhythmic Gymnastics athletes 11-12 years Category School School Sports Initiation (EIDE) of Holguin. Empirical methods were applied as observation guide, survey, interviews, examination of body composition, physical tests and decision and control of physiological parameters. The results show a better adaptation and assimilation of trunk strength exercises, abdomen and arms modified in Rhythmic Gymnastics athletes, category 11 to 12 years of Holguin EIDE, which allowed a better athletic performance of athletes this category.Key words.
