METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGY FOR OVERCOMING PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS OF PRIMARY
Abstract
The development of a diagnostic study physical education classes in the municipality semiboarding Holguin, revealed that the methodological performing teachers do not always respond to the demands of the job in this teaching. It is proposed as a solution to overcome methodological strategy for teachers at this level consists of three stages: diagnosis of the current state of the methodological training of physical education teachers, Development of a methodological improvement proposal to improve the quality of class Physical Education and Application of the proposed methodological improvement. The use of expert judgment method confirmed the relevance of the strategy which offers the possibilities of implementing education teachers of the boarding schools of Holguín province to improve the quality of contemporary class.Key words.
