EDUCATIONAL PHYSICAL ALTERNATIVE ELDER TREATMENT WITH DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 2 IN THE COMMUNITY

Abstract

The study was carried out wich diabetic adults patients type 2, registres in the health area of René Ávila, clinic 6 of the municipality of Holguín. It intends an educational physical alternative to favor the elder treatment diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type 2. For the analysis and interpretation of the results was used the empiric method, the observation and the techniques investigative surveys and interviews, as well as statistical methods. The educational physical alternative, consists of three stages: diagnosis, execution and evaluation. As results of the research changes were evidenced in the corporal composition, in the biochemical, functional parameters and in the educational formation in the patients with the pathology before mentioned.
