Abstract

The great results obtained by the Cuban fighters are primarily due to creative and collective work of coaches, scientists, and athletes themselves. Just for the close relationship between collectivism and fellowship between them you can achieve a solid organization and development throughout the training process. One of the identified fundamental problems in World Championships, World Cups and Olympic Games, is the attack fighters freestyle off distance if each athlete is able to determine the distance to which are effective, this problem is eliminated and thus better personalize the athlete, for this reason research on a biomechanical model is developed to determine the optimal distance of attack, the individual anthropometric characteristics of each athlete, and the explosive force of the same is assumed, considering the response time each athlete based mainly on the latency and reaction time.

Key words. Fight, optimum distance, neuromuscular response, high competition
