ACUPUNCTURE OF SU JOK AND QUIROPRAXIA IN PATIENT WITH SYNDROME DEL TUNNEL CARPIANO. FACTORY OF TOBACCO JESUS FELIU LEYVAâ€, HOLGUÃN
Abstract
Quasi-experimental study was performed in 80 patients referred from the Special Consultation The Consultation Orthopedic Medicine and Bioenergetics of Vladimir Ilich Lenin Hospital in Holguin and clinically diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Informed consent, the effectiveness of combination therapy was evaluated with basic microsystem acupuncture and chiropractic Su Jok. The relationship between treatment outcomes with manual activity, topographic location of the syndrome, duration of the condition and the symptoms and signs presented by patients was studied. It was concluded that a shorter course of the disease was higher treatment effectiveness. Topographically the best results were obtained in patients with unilateral and severe cases performed manual activity were most unfavorable. Decrease in signs and symptoms occurred.
