GAMES FOR THE EJERCITACIÓN OF THE FUNDAMENTAL STEPS (SKIP AND GALOP) IN THE FIRST GRADE OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION
Abstract
Physical Education as part of the multilateral and harmonious development of the personality of the child is an educational process that from the earliest ages includes the formation and development of habits, skills and attitudes that enable lay the foundations for a physical, moral development and healthy intellectual form consistent with the requirements of society. The movement education acquires special significance with regard to the development of coordination and execution rate in order to make physical exercises with harmony, hence the importance of the presence of unity Rhythmic Activities in schools as part of Physical Education. The research proposes 10 games ranked in Small, Co-Educational, Rhythmical and recommended for the exercise of the fundamental steps Galop and Skip in first grade, achieving greater motivation and interest in children because these activities promote the active participation of students in Physical Education classes. Techniques and research methods were used. Among the theoretical methods: document analysis, historical and logical analysis and synthesis; and empirical: the interview and observation.Key words.
