Abstract

The mathematical problem solving on Physical Culture Career is one of the main objectives of this subject at this level, that is the reason why it is a need that teachers count on methodological and didactic tools in order to achieve such a social expectation, so this investigation proposes a system of activities with a professionalized look, based on the potentialities that offer the knowledge acquired in Basic Mathematic to favor teaching learning process on Physical Culture first year students in Holguin’s Faculty. Methods of the theoretic, empiric and mathematical level were applied during this process. The foundation of the system of activities is discussed, the one that sustains itself in a group of conceptual appliance on the general theory of the system. Learning of Basic Mathematics could verify a substantial change in the organizational conception of the tuition process itself during the application of the system of activities. It allowed the raising of efficiency in the development of the problem solving ability, with high levels of productive acting in Physical Culture first year students as well as the consolidation of didactic and methodological procedures to confront problem solution.
