THEORETICAL APPROACHES ON THE HANDLING OF THE FEAR IN THE PREPARATION OF THE ATHLETES OF DIVERS

Abstract

In this paper a set of theoretical and methodological reflections on the management of fear in the process of technical preparation of divers in categories 12 to 13 years based on an analysis and theoretical systematization that highlights the psychological demands of presents technical training in the sport of Diving, classifications of fear that can occur, the main dimensions and internal and external factors that mediate; and the various principles and practical resources that should be considered to achieve adequate efficiency in its regulation and control. For the study we have relied on different theoretical methods such as inductive-deductive, historical and logical-synthetic analytical and abstract to the concrete, from the empirical point of view is mainly used observation. The basic guidelines are related to the need to rigorously apply the principles of individualization and affordability within the technical preparation with emphasis on strategic planning for the implementation of the new jumps and more complex where the levels of charges are contemplated, the complexity of the shares, management styles and communication in a favorable psychological climate of respect, trust and accurate assessment of contemporaries.
