Abstract

The Sanabanda, currently considered as medicine to stay healthy and active and being one of the optional program components Physical Culture classes contributes to achieving a broad sense of collectivism and improving the quality of life of the population. Therefore the present work is a source of great importance for Physical Culture professionals working in communities, for which the Methodological actions in terms of improving quality in their classes were developed, from some shortcomings identified in performing the same. The research was conducted over a period of six months, taking into account the characteristics of each comunity. Scientific methods used facilitated the achievement of the main aspects that were considered for the implementation of the Methodology shares and thereby raise the Sanabanda remains one of the programs where the practitioner is free of stress, tone your muscles and prevent the major chronic noncommunicable diseases affecting the population: hypertension, diabetes, obesity, respiratory diseases, among others.
