RECREATION PROGRAM TO PROMOTE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES IN A SOCIALLY COMMUNITY YOUTH COMPLEX

Abstract

The practice of recreational activities is an essential element in the life of communities, to meet the needs of individuals who are, in them, young people who are at an important stage of development of his personality, which can be vital for the formation of lifestyle factor. The objective of the research is aimed at developing a program of healthy recreational activities for youth 17-21 years in socially complex community "La Esperanza", municipality Báguanos, so as to increase their participation and thus promote lifestyles healthy. analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical and logical, scientific observation, interview and survey, qualitative method, resolution of problem with field testing: methods of theoretical and empirical research among them were used. The study shows the regularities and possibilities presented in healthy recreational activities for young people in relation to the tastes, preferences, degree of participation, frequency.
