Abstract

The work aims to study the management of scientific events in the municipal University Subsidiary Cuban (LMP), because they are insufficient theoretical and methodological foundations for management and tools that are applied are inadequate for the development of this process. The research presented aimed to develop a methodology for managing scientific events in Cuban LMP. Its application in the University Council Municipal (CUM) of the municipality "Calixto Garcia" in the province of Holguin, allowed significantly improve the indicators of this process and thus the effectiveness of the methodology used was found.
