METHODOLOGICAL ALTERNATIVE FOR THE TEACHING OF FREE STYLE IN SWIMMERS OF THE "CITADELA UNIVERSITARIA" ACADEMY OF MANTA
Abstract
The article is based on the methodological shortcomings detected in the teaching of the technical elements of freestyle, in swimmers of the category 11-14 years in the Academy "Ciudadela Universitaria" of Manta. The authors propose a four-stage methodological alternative that constitutes a solution to how to improve the teaching of the freestyle technique in the selected sample. In the practical implementation of the research, theoretical and empirical methods were used, which together with statistical mathematical methods allowed to prove the relevance of the proposal.
