METHODOLOGICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE VOLITIVE QUALITIES IN THE SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING ATHLETES
Abstract
The work is based on the inadequacies of the synchronized swimming coaches of the school category in the province of Holguín in the treatment of volitional qualities. The research proposes actions for the development of psychological preparation, which serves as support for the comprehensive preparation of the athletes. . The results contribute to obtain an improvement of the training process, by providing a methodological tool that facilitates a better planning and execution of the psychological direction in the preparation of the synchronized swimming athletes, of relevant importance for the work in training and competencies.
