METHODOLOGICAL ALTERNATIVE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE CLASS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE SECOND CYCLE OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION OF THE HOLGUIN MUNICIPALITY
Abstract
The quality of the Physical Education class is of great importance in the educational process. The research proposes a methodological alternative, where four stages were used: diagnosis of the sample, planning of the methodological alternative and implementation aimed at improving the didactic problems presented by the Physical Education teachers of the second cycle of primary education in the municipality of Holguín. Empirical methods such as observation, survey, interview, source triangulation technique and socialization workshop were used to demonstrate the relevance of the proposal. The main results were in the feasibility of the conception, elaboration and proposal for the implementation of the Methodological Alternative, because it offers the possibilities of its application, where its content takes into account the particularities of the educational context in which the classes of Physical Education and serves as a guide so that the necessary conditions are guaranteed in the preparation process from the theoretical-methodological point of view of the teachers, in addition it contributes to carry out the process in the time that is required and ensure each action, given the detailed manner in which the steps to be followed and their evaluation are expressed.
