THE PREVENTION OF THE CYPHOSIS IN THE STUDENTS WHO RECEIVE TECHNICAL DRAWING IN THE CAREER OF LABOR EDUCATION-COMPUTER
Abstract
The knowledge of the deformities of the spine and the influence of physical exercise to prevent some of these, is very important from the social and physiological point of view, for the above-mentioned research is done on the students who receive Technical Drawing in the race of Labor-Computer Education, because the position they adopt in this professional pedagogical process tends to acquire one of the deformities of the spine, denoting in this case the kyphosis; for what is considered as a scientific problem, how to contribute to the prevention of kyphosis in the students of 1 year who receive technical drawing in the career of Labor Education - Computer Science? The objective is to develop a pedagogical alternative containing physical exercises for the prevention of kyphosis in students of 1 year of the selected sample. The proposal consists of 15 exercises and 4 educational talks that are aimed at raising the level of knowledge of students about this deformity. Scientific methods were used at the theoretical level: analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical and empirical level, observation, interview, survey, documentary review and the criterion of specialists. A postural test was applied as a technique. The statistical processing allowed to determine that the Pedagogical Alternative is relevant and contributes to raise the knowledge about the prevention of kyphosis from the objectives, dosage and characteristics thereof, which benefits the health of these adolescents.Key words.
